Our Story
The Hop Knot opened in downtown Manchester in September of 2019. Our name comes from the two main focuses of our restaurant: Pretzels and Beer.
Our food is pretzels galore! We make fresh dough every day and roll all of our pretzels to order. We make traditional pretzels, stuffed pretzels, pretzel sandwiches, pretzel pizzas, pretzel desserts and whatever else we can come up with.
Our beer list is made up of 20 rotating draft lines. This means that when a keg kicks, a new beer comes on, so there’s always something new to try!
